Consumers have a thirty-day cancellation right.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdraw, you must inform us (renewone GmbH, Bretonischer Ring 11, 85630 Grasbrunn, Germany, support@renewone.de, Phone: 08962825152 by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of those goods.

Special Instructions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your loan creditor or if your loan creditor makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If your loan was already given to us when you cancel the contract, your loan provider will take on our rights and duties related to the consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation for it.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is within Germany.
Return labels
Regardless of your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you a link for a return label. You can drop off the return in a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
