As an administrator, can I turn off the referral feature for my contract?

Can multiple people use my referral link?

Yes, currently up to 10 people can use the link. If you need more, please feel free to contact us, and we can enable an additional 10 for you.

Can I change the recipients of the recommendations I send?

Can I send my recommendation again to the same person?

No, the email addresses must be different.

Can all renewone users use the referral program?

Yes, all registered customers of renewone.de are entitled to recommend friends or colleagues. However, an administrator from renewone may have deactivated the referral program for you. In such a case, you won't be able to refer friends or colleagues.

What do the people I refer receive?

Everyone who receives a link from you will get € 50.00 discount for an order. The minimum order value must be € 300.00.

The renewone referral program enables clients of renewone.de to recommend colleagues or friends to shop at renewone. With this program, you can share a discount for renewone.de with your friends or colleagues.

Where can I find the referral portal?

You can find the referral program portal at the top right of every account page. Click on "Become an Ambassador" to access the portal.

Who can I recommend?

You can currently recommend up to 10 contacts who do not yet have a customer account at renewone.de.

How can I recommend someone?

Log in to renewone.de.
Click on the Ambassador Program to access the portal.
Click on "My Link" and copy it. You can forward the link directly to your contacts.
Once your contact clicks on the referral link, both you and your contact will receive an email with a discount code. The discount is €50.00 with a minimum order value of €300.00.

What does the referred person see after my recommendation?

The referred person sees the message: "Register and receive €50". They need to register through this link.

How can I find out if a person I recommended has signed up?

If your contacts have used the referral link, you will receive an email with a discount code.
